Paul Robinson

Paul Robinson joined PFM Asset Management in 2007 as a senior managing consultant, with a concentration in the Pennsylvania Local Government Trust (PLGIT) as a senior marketing representative. He works with school districts and local government in eastern Pennsylvania assisting and providing input for their short and long term investment needs, as well as Bond proceeds and separate managed accounts.

Paul’s thirty plus years working in and for local government have given him immense insight and understanding to the needs of local governments with regards to finance. His three plus decades of being an elected official in Pennsylvania has also given him the ability to work with and explain the world and language of government finance to other local elected and appointed officials.

Prior to joining the firm, Paul worked with the Municipal Tax Bureau of Pennsylvania as the Director of Jurisdictional Affairs and with the Central Tax Bureau of Pennsylvania as Regional Manager of Client Service with the responsibility for 22 counties in Pennsylvania.
