Leslie Weaber

Leslie joined PFM Asset Management in December 2015 and is located in the Richmond, VA office. She works with cities, counties, authorities, utilities and other public and non-profit organizations serving as a client advocate, providing a “high touch, high value” experience for whatever the client’s needs may be. Her focus is on building relationships with clients and project management in the Commonwealth of Virginia for our clients’ fixed income investment programs and Virginia State Non-Arbitrage Program (Virginia SNAP) participants. Her responsibilities include performing portfolio structuring and analysis, reviewing portfolio performance, cash flow modeling, asset allocation analysis and economic research, and reporting.

Before joining the Virginia team, Leslie was a client consultant in the firm’s Client Services Group in the Harrisburg, PA office. Her responsibilities included onboarding, new client administration and serving as advocate to our Virginia clients.
