Bobby joined PFM Asset Management in 2018 and is the treasury and bank relationship manager for the Investment Services Group (ISG). He leads the ISG Bank Processing Group and works primarily with commercial banking partners to provide Treasury Management services to the firm’s Local Government Investment Pool (LGIP) clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Bobby spent 12 years with The Federal Reserve Bank as the processing operations manager, seven years as a retail banking manager and was a small business owner as well.

Lastly, Bobby has served in various capacities with local community groups, including the Children’s Home of York, United Way, PennDOT Adopt and Beautify and the York County Economic Alliance.
